What's Inside?

Mostly Water Lily Seeds.

Fox Puffs start with popped water lily seeds, the ingredient at the heart of every puff.

We add a small amount of seasoning for flavor, but the seed remains the star.

Great snacks start with a great ingredient.

What are Fox Puffs?

Fox Puffs are our name for the popped seeds of Euryale ferox, an aquatic plant in the water-lily family.

Yes, the scientific name is a mouthful. That’s partly how it earned the English nickname “fox nut.” But don’t let that fool you, it isn’t a nut at all.

It’s a seed. One that has been harvested and enjoyed across Asia for generations.

A Staple Across Asia

In India, they're known as phool makhana, meaning “flower seed” and are simmered into sweet kheers and savory curries.

In China, they're called Qian Shi and are added to soups and congee.

For centuries, these seeds has been shared during festivals, celebrations, and family gatherings.

It’s not a trend. It’s tradition.

Why Families Love It

Water lily seeds have long been valued for being:

• Light and easy to digest
• A source of plant protein & fiber
• Rich in minerals
• Naturally gluten-free

For many families across Asia, it’s a pantry staple passed down through generations.

For us, it’s the foundation of Fox Puffs.

How Is It Made?

Harvested. Dried. Roasted. Popped.

Water lily seeds are harvested from pond ecosystems, carefully dried, then roasted and popped into the light, crunchy snack you know as Fox Puffs.

Then we add a touch of seasoning for flavor.
