What are Fox Puffs?
Fox Puffs are popped water lily seeds, traditionally known as makhana in India. They come from Euryale ferox, an aquatic plant that has been enjoyed across Asia for generations.
Although they're sometimes called "fox nuts," they're actually seeds— not nuts. They're also different from lotus seeds, which come from a separate aquatic plant.
We simply roast and season these light, airy seeds into the crunchy snack we call Fox Puffs.
How are Fox Puffs made?
Water lily seeds are harvested, dried, roasted, and gently popped using heat. We then season them with flavors like Tangy Tomato and Strawberry Cream.
No extrusion. No artificial puffing. Just heat, tradition, and a great ingredient.

Tangy Tomato is vegan. Strawberry Cream contains milk.
